Home
Hometown. A hand drawn map of memories, observations, and shakily remembered geography. This is my piece for 'Home', an exhibition of Kingston illustration students at Little Hall in Lavenham, Suffolk. Organised by Dani , it is on from today until Friday 28th April and is full of lovely things. Thanks and well done to Dani for putting the show together!
I didn't know I had such a fixation with death until I mapped every death I knew into my hometown. It's odd what sticks.

Rachel Hingley
Back in winter I was lamb to the slaughter for Rachel Hingley, my very talented photographer friend. That's me hanging from a tree in the first photo. Rachel takes amazing pictures of quite ordinary people in ordinary settings, but somehow they transform into strange, beautiful and surreal stories. Have a look at her cargo here, it will not disappoint!

For What It's Worth
One of my etchings, Orchestra of dreams, is going to be auctioned off at For What It's Worth, a pop up exhibition in aid of the arts. The show opens this Thursday at 6pm, at Meanwhile Whitechapel - 3-5 Whitechapel Road, London. It promises to be a good show - Phoebe has a beautiful print of a parade in it - and a good cause too, all money going to the Art Fund charity.
Orchestra of dreams is A2, printed on Somerset paper. Edition of 10, signed and numbered.
